The main objectives are the elimination of Soviet air defence vehicles and fuel bowsers. These enemy vehicles have been identified as providing maximum pay off for elimination, whereas the destruction of transport trucks or armoured personnel carriers does not affect the proper functioning of the Soviet military machine to a similar degree. For this reason the resistance fighters must concentrate their efforts on the primary targets and need not bother with blowing up other enemy vehicles.
