With only limited numbers of NATO troops having been deployed from the Malden garrison there is a real chance that the Soviets can drive the small American reaction force back into the sea before the arrival of reinforcements.

Bravo squad has been ordered to defend the town of Regina. Although the main push is expected to be launched towards Saint-Pierre it is likely that another Soviet attack will be made on the flank in order to turn NATO defences in the valley. Some of NATO's limited resources must therefore be diverted to counter such an outflanking maneuver.

Although the work on the defences has not yet been completed, combat engineers have established a belt of obstacles to slow down the advance of enemy armour. Two machinegun positions have been constructed to cover these obstacles in order to prevent their removal by enemy sappers. Medical supplies and spare ammunition have also been stockpiled.

Mines and satchel charges should be positioned near the obstacle belt to damage the Soviet armour before shoulder launched AT weapons finish off crippled tanks and infantry carriers.
